01What goes into the application?

A form about you, your campus and why you want to build a community there, plus a short video answer. Talk naturally. It is not a pitch.

02What happens after I apply?

Shortlisted applicants have an online conversation with the TinkerHub team. The final round is a residential Selection Camp in the third week of May, where you work through real challenges with your potential cohort.

03Do I need to be an experienced builder?

No. 75% of people in TinkerHub programmes are first-time builders. You need to care enough to start, not have it all figured out.

01How long is the programme?

About a year. It runs from Onboarding Camp in May 2026 to graduation in June 2027, with four residential camps along the way.

02What will I actually do on campus?

Run Study Jams, Open Mics, hackathons like Tink-Her-Hack and Useless Projects, and whatever else your campus needs. You make the decisions, with mentors to turn to.

03What happens after the year ends?

You graduate into the alumni network and become the person a future lead can call for help.

Jobs, skills and industries change. People who learn together can help each other navigate that uncertainty.
